Capsule Bar
We have all heard about a capsule closet but have you heard about a capsule bar. Just a few wine and spirit bottles to pair with all your dishes and to meet your guests' cocktail preference. So if you’re hosting a soirée here are a few things you need to meet all your guests’ desires.
Wines to have
Sparkling wine or high acidity white wine that can pair with lighter dishes but also has the fresh acidity to stand up to some more heartier dishes

Nothing says Spring and Summer like Rosé. Rosé wine and sunshine go hand-in-hand. It also pairs well with seafood or Veggie skewers on the barbecue
Then of course a Red wine is a medium to full bodied wine that goes well with everything coming from the barbecue

capsule bar
There are two ways to create a capsule bar using the 5 bottle bar or getting the ingredients of your favoruite cocktail.
5 bottles all you need to make over 10 cocktails. Or for a a true minimalist capsule approach is to just pick one cocktail that you love and get the ingredients you need for this cocktail. Once you have those ingredients. Then you can start to expand with modifiers. Modifiers are ingredients like vermouths and ingredient in your kitchen link mint that just by adding one of these you can change the taste of a cocktail
